President of the State of Palestine Mahmoud Abbas received today, Wednesday, at the presidential headquarters in the city of Ramallah, a delegation from the Arab Consultant Hospitals Group headed by Dr. Salem Abu Khaizaran.
The delegation briefed His Excellency on the ongoing preparations for the opening of the Consultative Cancer Center soon, in addition to the opening of the liquid oxygen plant, as part of the pioneering projects undertaken by the group to develop the Palestinian health sector.
Mr. President affirmed his full support for projects that aim to localize the health service provided to the Palestinian citizen according to the highest approved standards.
His Excellency pointed out the importance of close cooperation between the government health sector and the private sector to develop this important sector that affects the health of the citizen, especially cancer patients, in order to alleviate their suffering and provide them with the best service within the hospitals of the country.
