Dr. Abu Holi emphasized the importance of leveraging the field experience of the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Agency and its work programs to alleviate the suffering of refugees in Jerusalem and strengthen their resilience and steadfastness in the Holy City, especially following the decision of the occupation authorities to close the centers and schools of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) in the Holy City and Shuafat Camp, and to target the UNRWA vocational training center in Qalandia Camp. For his part, Mr. Mohammed Salem Al-Sharqawi, the Director-General of the Bayt Mal Al-Quds Agency, provided an overview of the Agency's efforts and the results of its initiatives in recent months in Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip, particularly in the fields of education, health, social assistance programs, and human development. This is in implementation of the royal directives of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, may God protect him.
